Haha, well, I spent over $400 in movie tickets last year. =(

My sister and I share our DVD collection.. I think we have around 200? by now. Maybe a little less. But most of them are.. mostly hers >_> I have 8 on order though, mwhaha.

I have a very serious movie obsession. Old, new, any genre, foreign.. doesn't matter. I'll probably study them after I graduate HS, maybe take a film class or something.

I might post what I have later. I'm missing a lot of the good ones though cause my brother has a huge collection and there's no use of buying the ones he has until one of us moves out. A lot of people here probably won't recognize some of the ones I have, heh.

no... unless it's a movie i pay to watch, i usually fall asleep within the first half an hour of watching a movie... i have a feeling it's because when you study film, after a while watching movies become a chore, not a hobby. though for some reason it never stopped me from excelling in film theory and criticism.

Yes. I don't buy a lot though. I mostly rent or borrow. <3 Netflix & library. I would love to take a film class sometime in the future.
Just curious though, do you guys keep track of the films you watch? I know it's a bit weird but I do lol.

I love movies, perhaps more than the regular person, but I don't consider myself a movie buff. I can't compare to some amazing people out there who have seen so many genres and types of movies. I try when and where I can though. All my DVDs are scattered around the house too. And if you open a DVD case the disc is probably a different movie. Hahaha

I got around 139 Dvd's.

But I watch most of my movies on the computer. But yea, I guess you can say I love watching movies. But I am not an addict of it ;P

Just curious though, do you guys keep track of the films you watch? I know it's a bit weird but I do lol.

I keep track of the new releases for each year. A few years ago I attempted to keep track of ALL the movies I watched that year, including the date I saw them on. Yeah.... that lasted until about the beginning of March lol.

Mind you, we started collecting when we were 12-13 so that explains some of the DVD choices (teen comedies, chick flicks, Linkin Park, Viva La Bam). Overall it's an extremely random group of DVDs, but there are a lot of factors to that lol. Plus dvdaf doesn't list all the DVDs we have.

I used Delicious but I got tired of finding, importing and doing whatever else it takes to get it online. A little annoying when certain movies won't show up at all lol.

Not so much movies, as TV shows. I watch movies of course but I watch way more American, Korean, Japanese, Hong Kong, and Taiwanese TV Shows.

Lol, yeah. I'm always buying dvds because I hardly ever get to go to the theatres. I love comedy movies and I'm a sucker for those mushy chick flicks, lols
