HOW DO I INSTALL TEX INTO PS AND USE IT?? I KNOW HOW TO INTALL IT. BY PUTTING IT TO THE TEXTURE FOLDER, BUT WHEN I ENTER PS, I CANT FIND THE TEXTURE THAT I HAD INSTALL IT. DOEST IT HAVE TO BE IN A CERTAIN FORMAT??

Hrmm I havent tried that in a long while, but you might have to load it up in the texture menu.
Im pretty sure I imported brushes and stuff like that.

^ yeah, same.
Did you put it into the RIGHT folder? Or have you restarted Photoshop? Because some changes will only be made after closing it and opening it up again.
That's the only help I can give, since I don't use CS2 anymore and I never knew you could install textures... o__O

I dont either... I just figured textures must equal brushes or those fixed pattern things... haha if the original poster got it to work then yeah, you can lol

you don't ' install ' textures into photoshop. they work just like a normal picture, you can save it in any folder and just open it up when you want to use it. for me, i just went to my pics, created a new folder, labeled it ' textures' , and whenever i want to use it, i just open up the folder and choose the texture.
