there should be a "slider" with a + and a - above it, and you can use that to adjust the sound.

I'm not exactly a pro at audacity, so some people might do it differently,
but that's the only way I know how to do it. haha.

Your voice turns out a bit differently when you record (at least from my experience)
My voice sounded more grown up than I had expected.. lol.

but then I tried to "fiddle" with it..and now..
When I open the instrumental and press record the instrumental doesn't play.
So I don't know when to start singing..etc.
..am I making sense.?
Help..? ^________^;;;

Go to Volume Control > Options > Properties > Click on Recording > Select "Microphone". I think?
Just a quick question.
I have a really low voice for a girl >< well its not SUPER low but its still pretty low. If i train enough get I get my signing voice to be higher? I find some songs that guys sing easier to sing as well....
also
does anyone now any female artists that don't sing so high?
Thanks! ^^

help please.
do you use audacity?
when you use audacity, just export it as an mp3.
file > export as mp3
you have to download lame though. ..
but its only a little over one mb.. not too big of a deal.
but if you dont use audacity then you have to download an audio converter.

that's strange.
did you check the volume settings?
..or maybe.. is the instrumental on mute?

Either the recording isn't good or I do have a high voice is I just don't hear it haha.
I'm having our hs choir teacher coach me starting Wednesday.
but i have a question, that ppl may have asked here before. ^^''
how is it possible to have your singing voice sound diff from your reg voice?
i know it takes practice, but what kind of excerise do I have to do to get a deeper tone (like Utada Hikaru..lol) ?
i've been practicing on my notes (do.re.mi) but it doesn't seem to make a diff, because i'm constantly doing the same thing so there's no change.
