I have a question :X

Might sound stupid but...

How do you sing those "runs" when you sing R&B? Like one part goes up and down or something XD Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?

A LOT of the time, when I sing those, it sounds like everything is mushed up or I'm missing a few notes ><

hmm.. not much of a singer but I am a musician so speaking instrumentally...
maybe you should figure out what notes they are, (sheet music or listening carefully) figure the rhythm, and practice slowly with the correct rhythm but with a slow tempo, then gradually speeding up the tempo until it fits with the song...
yeah, if someone does it wrong, it's noticeable and annoying to listen to b/c it's not..right.
for example, a lot of people sing Timeless by Zhang LiYin and screw up a lot of parts b/c they make up the runs and other important parts b/c they don't get what they're singing.

ok this is like so confusing. everyone in here, yes i know, says "sing w/ your diaphram/stomache" and that u should feel your stomach expanding, i have one question. so, what do u mean, is it like your stomach is going out or in? because there was thsi post here and it says when u feel your stomache expanding, and looking at the mirror, your stomach is actually goin in. is that true?

some people sing differently. when i sing my stomache goes in, but when i talk to people they say they're stomache goes out, i think it depends on what's more comfortable for you.

like in songs they overlapp some singing. do u need a special program or just can do it with sound recorder that is already in the computer?
also my mic doesn't let any background sounds in so how can i sing with an instrumental?

um the best way for ME is to sing like keys i guess? like slowly going up
in my school, we sing hallelujah chorus and there is this part of the song where we sing one note and then a higher note then higher and higher and once i get use to it... i can sing in my head voice better.. and go from chest voice to head voice immediatley... you should try to listen to the hallelujah chorus part Soprano 1 it's crazy.. >< welll i dun think i helped alot? ^^" well i hope i did

You just press the red circle up at top and sing XD ORR..if you wanna sing with the instrumental, you open the file and record =) Then you can export as mp3 or something else..cept if you wanna export as mp3 you hafta download something else

I wanted to record today like usual but when I played back, it seems like the recording I did was hidden and the song that was playing over-powered it, usually I play the song, sing along and my voice over-powers that~ Does anyone know why or is there anything I can adjust in my Volume Properties? thanks~ =/

Well if it's an old video camera...Then I'm not sure how you would be able to hook it up to a computer. How old are we talking here? Like old as in it records onto a tape? If that's the case, I don't think you can get it onto a computer.
