hello, i'm a newbie here at soompi! but yes anywhoo on to the question, i have these red bumps on my arms but they're not like pimples or anything and I was wondering if there is any way i can get rid of em. cause its annoying. i don't even know what its called.. but my friend called it chicken skin. lol. but yes, any suggestions?? its bugging me.

My sister has that too,
she's scared to wear tanks/sleeveless tops.
She went to those skin doctors, they perscribed her with ointment but it didn't work.
So people told her to use those scrubs to like even out the skin,
it kinda showed some improvements.
