hi does anyone know some arm workouts that doesn't require equipment aside from tedious push ups? please post some suggestions if you have any, thanks!

get text books~ and lift them up and down or two bottles of water~
or put ur arms out~ and make lil circles and make them bigger and bigger then smaller and smaller~ it killls

^Yeah, two bottles of water is good. 
Or you can fill the water bottles with sand or rice-- I think that's heavier? Or get a bigger water bottle. :3
Or you can try helping out around the house-- I dunno, maybe you have some boxes you need to move that are heavy? :/ Like moving old boxes from the attic to downstairs to see your old stuff? LOLOLOL okayokay-- you don't need to do that. :/ I'm just not sure. :X
Or you can go to the park and do chinups :3 if there is a pole bar thing that is high enough for you but most of them are too short nowadays since it is for kids.

maybe lift.. rice bags ? i used to do that o_o for fun that is.. haha i lifted 25lbs.

Oh I like the textbook idea :3 I'll be trying that.
stretch a lot? carry heavy objects, reorganize your pantry (lots of moving around stuff there), do the arm circle things... whatever requires movement.
