He returned about three hours later with blood dripping from his mouth.
"Where'd you get the blood?" the other bat asked.
"Well, you fly out of the cave, and you see the first tree on the left?"
"Yes," the other bat replied.
"Well, I didn't."

oh yea another thought...do bats actually eat blood...i thought they only eat fruits....or maybe it's a fruit bat im thinking of LOL....shows you i suck in geo

the sad thing is the first thing i thought was:
"bats dont see things anyway. they use their supersonic hearing to hear the sound waves bouncing back to them"
..then i felt really embarrassed for thinking such a thing at a joke.

... insects are unicellular organism, surely they need some transmission system to take in nutrients and pass out metabolic waste. for mammals, it's blood. surely insects have blood too?

ahh i'm so slow >.<
i was thinking that the bat hit the tree so that's why there are blood everywhere lolz
