Every time after I wash my hair, when my hair dries up my scalp gets itchy leading to have many pimples. Why is that? I have a very oily skin, so my scalp doesn't become dry when my hair dries up after washing my hair. I don't think it's the shampoo. I've been trying many different kinds of shampoo and my scalp still gets itchy leading to pimples. So how can I stop this?

Try head and shoulders.
It prevents dandruff and ichyness. Also, I heard it had something in there that prevents pimples. I dunno. Try it? I always use it :3 but I dunno if it'll work for you.
If this keeps happening-- I think you should see your family doctor. ^^
