Eat Then Jog? or jog then eat?

I know this has been a debate for many years...

But should you wake up, eat, wait an hour or so, then go jogging in the morning?
Or wake up, go jogging, maybe take a shower, then eat?

jog and then eat. your body will burn it off faster, if thats what youre looking for.

I jog then eat. You won't get cramps as easily this way. =)

definitely.. jog and then eat. but dont take a shower right after you jog.. maybe a shower after you eat =) because you can get sick having a shower right after you do exercise.
never eat and then jog :X

i learned it's better to eat then jog
that way you have more energy and you actualy have something in you to burn off

i usually jog then eat.
but if i'm starving when i wake up, i'll eat a little and drink lots of water, then go.

eat before and after.

before you exerise, you need food to work. after exerise, the food will effectively regenerate your body especially muscle-building proteins

ugh...EAT THEN JOG!!!

there are studies that show that if you jog before you eat in the morning, it'll break down muscle...(because your body doesnt have the fuel to exercise, it breaks down muscle instead).

...plus, if you eat first, you'll last longer when you jog.


you'll burn the same amount of calories if you eat before you jog, or jog before you eat...BUT if you last longer (by eating first), then you'll burn more calories.

i used to jog then eat, but i was watching this gym trainer show and the trainer said always eat before you exercise. so i eat before anything now lol and it's true, you do end up with more energy

either way its bad
jog then eat.. its like u jogged for no reason cuz u eat more food
then if u eat then jog its goin gto hurt ur tummy..
supposubly my unlce when he was young he jummped up and down to much and he got
apendicities..

its better i say to eat wait an hour or 2 then u can jog
