^lol, I think F4 meaning "flower boys" in Korea originated with the boyband F4 from the Taiwanese TV series, Meteor Garden (or the Japanese manga, however you look at it). The F in F4 stands for flower and there are four of them, therefore flower boys or pretty boys (boys as pretty as flowers). I always give props to the Taiwanese TV series because it was what made that name well known throughout Asia.
