i heard that crest white strips weaken ur teeth so it hurts>.< so my unni told me to use aquafresh trays cause it doesnt destroy the enamel thing.so i used it and it works real well and my teeth didnt weaken^^

yea like ervyone said..crestwhitestrips. but they hurt your teeth after a week >.<

try strawberries! ..i forgot which celeb...but she said she crushed up strawberries n brushed her teeth with em n they help whiten it =D

Well, i tried the crest white stripe before and it does weaken my teeth & soften my gum..I think i'll try baking sode or strawberries..thanks!

buy the crest white strips or those whitening toothpaste
DO NOT try brushing with baking soda..it works but it doesn't spread evenly u'll have uneven spots of white on ur teeth and ur original colour which would look kinda gross -__-''
Just what I have seen from my friend who stupidly cheaped out and bought baking soda to whiten her teeth instead of the whitening products..

ditto, but use baking powder not soda, it'll take awhile to see any result, but using arm&hammer toothpaste is the same thing. so i'd just use the strips unless your teeth are very sensitive.

Those crest strips are horrible for you...they take off a layer of your teeth to make it whiter, so then your teeth are weaker and more sensitive.
