wut do u do after ur done ur 40 mins? do u take a shower? do u wash ur face with cold water? what happens next? cuz ur probably sweaty like heck!

omg... guys, don't be so skeptic about this. I just did it, and PHEW, am I exhausted. And I didn't leave the house all day either.... I had to like literally waddle down to the computer

Yeah after my 40 mins, my upper body (part above the water) was so sweaty, and my hair was drenched in sweat, lol. So I had to take a shower afterwards and wash my hair as well. But man, let me tell ya, it feels GOOD.

I'm definitely gonna do this on a regular basis now, not for the purpose of losing weight, but it's just good for health overall. I strongly suggest you soompiers to give it a try!

i have a question... after you get out of the hot bath, can u shower w/ cold water right away? or do u use a dry towel to dry ur sweats?

I'm not sure if it'll make you lose weight but it'll sure help you.
I did it for a little while when i was sick.
and it just clenses your body.
Makes u feel refreshed and clean afterwards.

Hehe, i tried it today and it was good^-^ except the fact that my feet felt weird..its like a suana
i was only in for 30 mins and i sweated like heck(on my face,armpits and yea..)
i did not put the water that hot though sweatingbullets.gif i guess i was afraid of being burnt xD

i know for a fact it works,
it seriously takes your skin really tight :] which is it a good thing.
its really tiring even while ur sitting there cuz ur dying for the heat and sweat.
it works.

you guys i tried this last night
i just poured it REALLY hot water and i barely could stand it i had to add a little cold water until i could get my body in
for only 10 min ( cuz i couldn`t stand the hot water that long)
and i sweated like crazy!
it works but as for losing weight i`m not sure i`ll try it for a few more weeks and see

well no you need to cut off junk food and eat a little healthier
but sweating does help you lose weight
i ate lots of good food in taiwan
but i stopped whenever i could start feeling my stomach getting full,
( except for cua bing... haha)
and when i went out i sweated a lot because of the temp and humidity,
and in 2 weeks lost 5 lb

bwhaha yeah i gave it a try as well.

but the past few days ive been eating junk~ il keep doing it to see if i get results~
and i gotta start eatin healthy again _

lol i tried it last night. I sweat so much! haha but I only stayed in the water for 20 min. I felt a little dizzy afterward though. So drinking water did help me. But my legs were kinda red from the hot water. Is it normal or because the water is too hot?

i would so do this in Korea every SINGLE day- buTTT i can't do it here in the states, cuz it wastes way 2 much water. i would rather pay and go do it there in Korea. lol. but yea...im so lazy. just sitting there for 40 minutes. i'd rather exercise!!
