Yeah after my 40 mins, my upper body (part above the water) was so sweaty, and my hair was drenched in sweat, lol. So I had to take a shower afterwards and wash my hair as well. But man, let me tell ya, it feels GOOD.
I'm definitely gonna do this on a regular basis now, not for the purpose of losing weight, but it's just good for health overall. I strongly suggest you soompiers to give it a try!

I did it for a little while when i was sick.
and it just clenses your body.
Makes u feel refreshed and clean afterwards.

i was only in for 30 mins and i sweated like heck(on my face,armpits and yea..)
i did not put the water that hot though

it seriously takes your skin really tight :] which is it a good thing.
its really tiring even while ur sitting there cuz ur dying for the heat and sweat.
it works.

i just poured it REALLY hot water and i barely could stand it i had to add a little cold water until i could get my body in
for only 10 min ( cuz i couldn`t stand the hot water that long)
and i sweated like crazy!
it works but as for losing weight i`m not sure i`ll try it for a few more weeks and see

well no you need to cut off junk food and eat a little healthier
but sweating does help you lose weight
i ate lots of good food in taiwan
but i stopped whenever i could start feeling my stomach getting full,
( except for cua bing... haha)
and when i went out i sweated a lot because of the temp and humidity,
and in 2 weeks lost 5 lb
