The picture says 41 degrees Celcius... that totals about 105 degrees Fahrenheit
someone else replied saying the process is between 37 to 39 Celcius - I took the average of 38 and that's 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Also, I have eczema and my dermatologist says that the cause of it is because of these hot showers I take.. I liked hot showers, but not even really that hot, because I can't take super hot water. He said that the heat broke down the fatty particles in my skin and therefore destroying my skin. The temperature that's best for bathing was lukewarm.
Now dipping yourself in super hot water that's enough to turn yourself beet red for 20 - 40 minutes, and feeling the effects of dizziness with an increased heart rate. I don't think it's safe. If I want to sweat.. I'll go to the Sauna.

I have eczema also. I tried this two times already and it actually cleared up my skin, but ofcourse right after i finish taking a shower i put on lotion right away(this locks the moisture in). This doesnt make my skin red because I wait till the water cool down a little till my body can stand the heat. The sweating actually improved my skin(remember ur not suppose to get the top body wet). And it is not everyday you get to go to a sauna.. mine as well create ur own at home.
I'd say it doesnt hurt if you try it once to see how its like.

Even if u go to a sauna ur gonna have an increased heart rate. the heat speeds it up.

I'd say hot enough that it does not or doesnt feel like its burning your skin. If the water is too hot i suggest adding some cold water or wait till it cools down(takes forever).

Just heating up the external environment isn't going to speed up your metabolism or anything.
If this is true, then does this mean we all lose more weight in summer cause the weather is sof reaken hot it's practically a sauna?
Does this mean everytime we get a hot shower or go into a sauna we're losing fat cause our metabolism is speeding up do to whatever the heck it is this claims to do?
Dream on. If losing weight was this easy then we'd all be skinny as heck.
Exercising involves respiration where our muscles process oxygen and burn up glucose stored in our body.
That's how losing weight works. It's a chemical process, not a physical process.

No it doesn't. If you're exercising to become a body builder, then yeah.
But if you're exercising to just tone up, no, you won't become bulky.
Anyway, what I like about this one is that, it's so much more easier for me to sleep
as compared to before when I would always toss and turn and stuff lol.
I sleep right away and it feels so nice x]

Well you shouldn't be confusing people with the title Ban Sin Yohk 'diet'.
And plus it was in the beauty/health thread so what the heck was I supposed to think?
It was just my opinion, so please be a bit more tolerant of opinions if you're going to open up a thread.

After you do it, you feel really relaxed, so why not?
i think it has an advantage for weight loss, but i agree that you cant just count on the Ban Sin Yohk Diet to help you loose weight. you also have to eat healthy along with exercising too XD
sitting in a bathtub filled with hot water alone doesnt do much .

I drink around 8 water bottles a day too-- i'm not really sure if its water weight or fat. hmmm.
It's weird, once i'm done, and get out of the tub, my legs feel like a 100 tons -- like i've been running for hours.
it does feel refreshing though.
