Um...for the people who keep saying: 'why not just exercise?', it's because not everyone finds it easy to exercise. I'm honestly horribly bad at exercising. I try exercising, but I just get tired too easily and then the motive to exercise dies and comes back and then dies again.
My point is just some people find it hard to exercise and lose weight so they want to try this instead because it seems so much easier.
Yea, that's what I wanted to say. I'm not trying to sound mean, or sound grrr serious. I'm just saying that people like me suck at exercising and would rather like to do something more easier rather than cardio etc.
Oh and um...is there a difference if you so this in different seasons? like would it be more effective if you did this during different seasons?

maybe it's b/c my water's not hot enough?
i run out of hot water before the tube fills up
i still sweat though..not a lot
or maybe it's b/c i can only do it twice a week when my mom isn't home

If you're just starting this out, then don't soak for too long. You might faint from the heat and stuff =/

OMG. This kicked my butt. I was really tired at first, and you sweat A LOT~! I did it for the whole 45 minutes, but the last 15 minutes were really hard to convince myself to stay in cause I thought I was going to pass out. So yeah, if you're just starting I think 45 minutes is too long. I'm going to keep on trying this the new few days just to see if it works at all. At the very least I'll get healthier skin~
On the plus side after my initial feeling of tiredness I did feel slightly more energized.
The water for me never got cold either. But in my shower/bath, it has the sliding glass doors, rather than just a curtain, so I think that kept the heat in better. Also, every few minutes I would turn the hot water back on for a few seconds just to make sure the water stayed warm.
But I still had a question. How long should we wait to take a shower after this? Is a few minutes okay? I'm not sure XD

ok i've done this for almost 2 weeks now, i found that the first couple times i accidently put my hands in the water (u have the tendency to want to do that trust me, bad reflects) and im like CRAP. lol eventually i got the hang of it... but it really doesn't work... if u really wanna diet i suggest something else.. Just like drinking hot or cold water your body burn calories to make the water body temperatured... same with this purpose.. your lower body is hot.. it burns calories by matching up with the upper body... BUT letting u guys know it burns calories but not a significant amount to actually make u lose weight. Its the Truth.

I mean I guess if you do the Ban Sin Yohk like...twice a week wouldn't hurt..but you gotta think about the sensetivity and health of your...lady flower..hot baths can really do some damage.

I just shower right afterwards. I don't think it matters.

And I did drink water throughout the whole thing. I think it was just dehydration and the fact that the hot water was making my blood circulate better.
