my friend's sister told me about this. she does this and she has AMAZING skin.
idk about her weight though. she never tells me.
but by looking at her, she does look like she did lose some weight. and she does exercise daily and eat healthy.

Will it change anything if you add epsom salt to your bath? I think I might try this but I have bad bath experiences...A few...once a centipeded was floating in my bathtub >.< Another was when I was relaxed in the tub and a spider fell from the ceiling onto my face >.<;;;;;;; Haven't bathed since I was like...12 >.<

I tried it. I like it. It feels good after. Almost like complete refreshment.

I just did this and it felt very relaxing; however, my hands started to cramp up. It could possibly be because I kept my elbows in the water or that this has some weird side effects on certain people.

if this is true tell me why the fattest cities of the usa are in texas and the southern states

Because they aren't dedicated to losing weight? O__O;;
They eat a lot and stuff there.
I've tried doing the half bath before . It does work and of course you exercise after taking a half bath .
Drink some water to so you don't dehydrate yourself,don't work too hard or else you will tire yourself out and put stress upon yourselves smile.gif

In the jungle > >;;; Jk I live in RI xD It's just...I live in the city and its' full of disgusting...creatures x.x

Epsom salt helps you lose weight and does other things that I'm too lazy to talk about xD You can try googling it...people usually bathe with epsom salt to detox...I've been doing it for a week already...it's pretty cool ^ ^

And umm...I cheated =[ I don't see a difference in not keeping the upper half wet and letting it get wet...I mean...it's still hot water >.< It's hard for me to do this though cuz I don't have a bathtub per se...it's kinda...low and connected to the wall xD So I can't really put a board or towel over the tub...so it's harder to keep my arms up >.< Any tips? =/

it sounds interesting , and looks like it'd work.

BUT think about the negative side. we should be SAVING warm water at the moment. -_______-;
its such a waste,reallly. and you're bill is going to pretty high.

I don't think I'd be able to take the heat.
And it seems kinda fussy IMO.
I'll just stick with exercising.

I tried this after I got home from school,
lol it was sooo boring...I really needed to drink some water too
LOL anyways!~~ I did it for half and hour and lost half a pound lol.
and when i got out of the tube I seriously thought I was going to faint!
haha~ I probably stood up too fast.
but you know what's stupid?..after i was drying myself off i checked my
weight again and it said I GAINED a pound X__________________X"

For others that have tried it, do you use ONLY hot water or do you mix
in a some cold water too? because my tub was 90% hot water and I couldn't
even put my foot in it. Kind of felt like a lobster in a pot. >_<"
haha well obviously since it was extremely hot water..but then how would
you sit in there for at least 30 minutes if you couldn't even put your foot in?
soo..lol..yeah.

Yeah I make mine reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hot >.< I couldn't even step in but...I just jumped in...it hurt reeeeeeally badly...but then your body adjusts to the hot water and it stops burning ^ ^;;;;;; When you first get in though...ouch.

I did it for the last time today...I can't stand the dizziness @_@ Blah...it was nice while it lasted I guess lol.
