but for people who are serious about this diet,
remember.. ayoohmee is a celebrity.
she's probably got professional tips and help ALONG with this diet.
so, don't fully raise your hopes too high for this.. :\

but uh yeah it has other beneficial benefits other than losing weight so i think it would be good not everyday but just once in a while?? :]

God forbid exercising.
how is it a joke ? if u can sit in a steamer or sauna and sweat a lot.. then why not a hot tub ?

EDIT:
i DID IT!
and it is tiring.... AFTER the bath.
during the bath, like 2 minutes into it, i start sweating... so i was trying to wipe them off w/o my towel getting wet.
after i got out, holy crap, my heart just like started racing.
then i got to my bed, where my laptop was, and then i feel kind of tired... like you ran a mile or something.
but the funny thing is that i feel good.
i dont feel like im going to faint at all.
ITS JUST AWESOME. im going to do this every night.
maybe post how much ive lost per week.

they were interviewing people that done this and they were saying
how they were able to eat a lot less but still have a lot of energy.
I tried doing this, but it's so tempting not to just duck your whole body into the tub.
I don't think I can just half bathe myself for such along time...
i'll feel so incomplete. hahaha. wtf.

although i doubt you can lose 8 kgs in a month, it is definitely recommended, so more than losing weight i'll try this for health reasons as well.
