i think i wanna try it if i have a spare 40mins daily~
but for people who are serious about this diet,
remember.. ayoohmee is a celebrity.
she's probably got professional tips and help ALONG with this diet.
so, don't fully raise your hopes too high for this.. :\

but uh yeah it has other beneficial benefits other than losing weight so i think it would be good not everyday but just once in a while?? :]

Just reading this made me think about this hot lifeguard we have at school.

I remember him telling us that if we weren't careful in the hot tub, we'd faint. And someone was like," And would you give us mouth to mouth?"

lol i did it tonight and i sweated SOOO much.. it was actually relaxing. while in the bathtub i read a book it was pretty fun and i didnt feel like "fainting" lol =P

EDIT:
i DID IT!
and it is tiring.... AFTER the bath.
during the bath, like 2 minutes into it, i start sweating... so i was trying to wipe them off w/o my towel getting wet.
after i got out, holy crap, my heart just like started racing.
then i got to my bed, where my laptop was, and then i feel kind of tired... like you ran a mile or something.
but the funny thing is that i feel good.
i dont feel like im going to faint at all.
ITS JUST AWESOME. im going to do this every night.
maybe post how much ive lost per week.

i did it : ) it feels great to sweat ! , and when you rub your body you can get all those nasty dirt off too ! and you face feels fresh . i did hula hopp right after and sang while i did it and i sweat a little more so i showered after : D and after i got out of the tub my skin felt tighter : D

OHHH! I watched a TV show based on this diet.
they were interviewing people that done this and they were saying
how they were able to eat a lot less but still have a lot of energy.

I tried doing this, but it's so tempting not to just duck your whole body into the tub.
I don't think I can just half bathe myself for such along time...
i'll feel so incomplete. hahaha. wtf.

Yea Japan sells a bunch of heat powder formulas for half-bath dieting haha. My mom said it worked for her friend.

I'm sorry but this diet is just a bunch of bs. This is just causing you to sweat, it's not actually letting you lose much fat in one day. Yeah, maybe 1-3 pounds a month, but mostly you are just dehydrating. After that gulp of water more that 2/3 of your weight that you supposely "lost" will come back.

I'm not sure if this will really help you lose weight, but I know it'll help your skin a whole bunch. My dad does it once in a while and it helps him with stress and B.O. also.

although i doubt you can lose 8 kgs in a month, it is definitely recommended, so more than losing weight i'll try this for health reasons as well.

has anyone tried this yt o.O lolz besides all the rumors tongue.gif but i have to say, i think u still need to do a lil daily exercise like running, doing this alone wont make losing weight as fast..i think.

Well in some way it makes some sense since you excersize and you sweat which is also burning calories. People say its good to use saunas because you sweat.
