So I just wanted to start this thread on the food that ppl eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) in order to lose weight. Even dessert can be listed
Make sure to note about how many calories the meal has, and the serving size
breakfast: I eat Go Lean Crunch--it has TONS of protein and high fiber, and just 190 calories per cup
Good snacks: Wheat Thins!! I tend to go for either the Sun Dried Basil or Harvest ones---130 calories per 15 chips--pretty good
Dessert: mango sorbert from haagen daaz (or however you spell it) it's wicked good, and there are very little calories per two-three scoops (can't remember the exact number...)
This is all the food that I like and actually have the calorie amount for right at this moment....I'll add more as time goes on
Please please do list the foods that you have come to like but that are low in calories so that other ppl who want to lose weight can get ideas for meals and snacks
Recipes are welcome as well
