The last time I heard, everyone have been saying
to get your driver's liscence early so your insurance
would be cheaper.
Just a while back, my mom said she would take me
to go take driving school and now she's all saying
that they supposely changed the law that there will
be no difference whether you get it early or not.
which is true?

if you are under 25 even with a good driving record, your insurance will be high no matter what. the younger you are, the less driving experience you have... which results to high premiums from any insurance company.
when i turned 25... my premiums dropped close to 40%.

also the g can already run mid 13s stock and the hks intakes adds an estimated 10 extra hp and the exhausts add like 8 so yeah it should shove off about 1.5 to 2 sec off my times

or so. ehhs. one time, EVERYONE was talking
about that. now i heard the law changes or

once i turned 23, insurance has gone down a lot for me. it also increased after a year because i moved down to a more urban area, which i don't blame them. retards don't know how to drive.
