or perhaps even the upcoming, redesigned Mazda 6.
Another possibility would be a fully equipped Hyundai Elantra which is around 18k MSRP.

Get a used s2000, do maintenance work with the left over money, then do some more maintenance work on my miata =) and then prolly give the miata to my sister or something, I know it will go to good home.


If not I'd probably sell my CR-V and get a Scoob and just keep my miata. I can have AWD for bad weather and go topless in the sun! I would try to maximize benefit from both of my cars.

For $20k, you can get a good car. You should get a Fit! Realistically though, go test drive a few cars, see what you like and go from there. I would go with a used Accord or a used WRX if you feel more adventurous.

For $20k, I would get either a 99-00 Civic hatch, tear it down and prep for a new motor and paint or just buy an 04 WRX.
