One of my cousin's voicemail used to be:
"Hello" *pause* "Helloo" (pause) "If you don't answer me then I'm going to hang up" (using an irritated tone)....then you hear the BEEP.
My brother fell for it and got all mad for nothing when my cousin said he was going to hang up. haha but we had a good laugh from it afterwards.

mine used to be a "BEEP" right away XD. i got comments from people saying that they were confused and felt very rushed. it was also a good way to no get voice mail because they would stop when the ACTUAL beep sounded and hung up... sometimes it just led to short blank messages too...
