Well, I just got a new car ....

but before I bought it, I never noticed the smoke smell (Yeah, stupid I know sleep.gif)

Anyways, I think the past owner was a smoker ...

So is there any way to lessen the smell of the smoke? I know most likely I can't get rid of it completely.

Better start scrubbing down the headliner, carpet and seats heavily. You might want to pay a visit to the car detailer if needed...

A lot of smoke and ash gets trapped in the B pillar behind your head when people smoke and drive with their window open, make sure to scrub in that area too because most people don't really look there.

Best bet is to shampoo all the fabric and leaving baking soda over night in the car.

You might not be able to get 100% of the smell out, but should be able to get most. Use an airfreshner as well.

You could probably put those scented paper stuff for cars, the ones you hang on the mirror? smile.gif
Or, you can use your favorite scented spray^^;
