Every time I try to turn off my computer (Windows XP) it freezes at the blue screen where it says "Shutting down..." for a LONG time. It just freezes, I can't even move the mouse. So I have to press the button on the side of the computer. (not the monitor... the.. PC?) Yeah I don' tknow my computer terms.
My computer is 5 years old. Does it have anything to do with how old and cluttered my computer is?

i dont know but do u have an ipod? lol that sounds random but everytime i shut down or turn on my comp with my ipod connected to the comp, it freezes...yeah or u should get a new comp
