Like the virus is called
IMG-1200.rar
then it says:
"Hey! Remember this picture of you before? lOL"
"wanna see the pics from my vacation?
"My friend took nice photos of me.you Should see em loL!"
"Here are my private pictures for you"
And it sends an IM to all of your contacts and if they accept it then it's gonna attack them and all of their contacts also. And this all happened yesterday too. I even reinstalled MSN today hoping and praying that virus was gone but it isn't at all dude. I even did a virus scan with Avast! Anti-virus but it didnt' detect anything.
And I went on Yahoo! And did some research a bit on it and found this short article: It's old but still matters

MSN Messenger users would be in for a nasty surprise if they think that they have been successful in getting a sneak peak at the latest version of the MSN Messenger- the instant messaging system.
A variation of the Virkel instant messaging virus has been circulating amongst MSN users, posing as a leaked beta version of MSN Messenger 8, according to F-Secure Corp. the Finland based security firm. The virus uses the MSN Messenger client to send download links to all of an infected user's contacts, and connects the user's machine to a second "botnet" server, which could then be used to install unauthorized software on the machine. Victims are being infected by clicking and installing the BETA8WEBINSTALL.EXE file that is being distributed via these download links, F-Secure said. It has been said that there is nothing as MSN Messenger 8 version as such.
Microsoft has, in fact, released a beta version of its next-generation instant messaging client to a select number of users, but the software is not called MSN Messenger 8, according to a spokeswoman for the company's public relations agency. The beta software of the product, called Windows Live Messenger, was released on December 12, she said via e-mail.

And if you look up more stuff on this MSN Messenger Virus you'll find ALOT!
A socially engineered message is one that is written in a friendly, informal manner, that could easily be mistaken as coming from a friend. The message usually will say something like "Click here to see pics of me from vacation!" or "Is this you?" with a web address -- known as a "poison URL" -- for the recipient to click. Upon clicking the web address, the recipient is connected to a website containing active content, which is immediately downloaded to the recipient's computer. In most cases, the payload contains an installer, a number of hidden files containing text, and code which causes the same socially engineered message with poison URL to be sent to every contact on the contact list. When the message is sent to all contacts, the cycle starts again, as each contact believes they are receiving a message from a trusted friend. In this manner, IM-borne malware is capable of propagating very rapidly through company and external networks.
