okai... so here is the story

so before school actually started, my old two roommates, let call the x and y, and i seemed to be getting along and talking to each other and stuff... but then when school started and a couple of days after that, they both started to ignore me, but x and y would just e talking to each other as if i am not even in the room!! and like i try to make conversation with them and they would give me short answers or just not answer me at all.... so last week i was just so fed up with it, when i called my parents i told them i wanted to come home and my roommates were just ignoring me.... and of course they said give it a little time, and said, if your roommates are ignoring them, just ignore them back.... so i did that for like the whole week and then on thursday night, we were all in our room and they decide to talk to me... so i thought to myself, oh we are going to finally talk but it was setting some "ground rules" crap.... and the next thing i know is that x and y are accusing my of leaving my trash on their desks and going rummaging through their things and i woke up when i didnt even go their side of the room!!!
so when it was time to go to sleep, i of course couldnt fall asleep because of the accusations they put on me, so i called my sister that is in cali and told her the story and she got mad and stuff... so we talked about it and then i called my friend that lives in the same dorm with me and she let me sleep on the floor in her room because there was no way in hell i was going to back to my room.... so the next day, i went to the RD and asked if i could change rooms and she let me... so my friend from the same dorm helped me move into my new dorm room.... but i havent met with another roommate but i like the one that i have met....

but has anyone here been accused of something something that they never did??? or changed rooms because stupid roommates??

Something similar like that happened with my apartmentmates. Two of them were really good friends and roommates and I was sort of isolated in a single room,, Well these two did not like to wash the dishes so they'd let them pile up for 2 weeks and then just wash them all in an hour or something like that. It was disgusting because all the food rotted away and smelled really bad... Anyway so they're washing the dishes that they used and I could hear them mumbling about how I must have used the dishes and left them out for them to wash and I'm sitting in my room listening to all this and going "WTF" =____=

my friend had some roommate trouble..
they suddenly stopped liking him, telling their football coach lies, accusing him of not paying rent.
then they throw all his stuff into a different room. man all this crazy stuff.
so one day my friend decides to leave, along with leaving the school..
long story short. his roommates friend got a beating O__O

defo. my first roommate last year (my freshman year) accused me of making up rumors about how she was sleeping around with this girl (she's a lesbian). it was a complete wtf because i didn't even know the girl who i had allegedly told the rumor to.

whao, drama drama. I'm so sorry to hear that. >_< Yes, i agree, as long as you know the truth, you'll be fine. I'm glad you rid yourself of them though. It was really selfish of your ex-roommates to accuse you of that and not even tell you why. I feel extremely fortunate to have my current roommates. It's my first year and they're great ppl.. But yes, i've been accused of doing things i didn't do (not regarding my roommies though).. but then again-- everyone has gone through that.. I wish you the best w/ your new roommate(s) though!!

I'm sorry you're going through that. What I would do is just ignore their accusations since it's not a huge deal and it's not like they can do anything against you. I wouldn't worry so much with the roommates when they're around. I'm sorry they don't like you but it's not your fault if someone doesn't like who you are and whatnot. *hugs*

i had a bad roommate, his girlfriend always hung around at our room... 24/7, slept there, ate there, played counter-strike there twas horrible til i changed

I had a bad experience.. but you know, people just like to put blame on another person.. just ignore... i finally got my own room after she moved. haha.. i guess i was lucky...

well i did the random roommate thing for my dorm, and lets say that i will never do that ever again. during the couple weeks when started we would talk and stuff, but like now, we dont even speak to each other- we just go about doing our own business. i mean he's not weird or anything, i just dont think we have anything in common, but he's a cool guy. thank goodness that i am transferring to a college next semester near my home so then i can just live at my house.

Well... at first I thought you were my suitemate and I was like "SILLY EXAGGERATING (INSERT NAME HERE)! I TALK TO YOU!" But then I realized the difference: My suitemate we're accusing is a slut (for a lack of a better word). No lie. There's always some guy and she takes them in our shower with her and they walk into my other suitemate's room drunk and.... not fun.

But your situation happened to a friend of mine. I was like "HECK YES YOU SHOULD MOVE OUT! YOUR ROOMMATE IS EVIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIL!" So she's doing good now. And because of that, I wish you the best.
