Sheean and Cosmic Ally. Cosmic Ally is more trance/techno than Sheean..
But Sheean is dance/trance too. XD

All I know in Korean techno is Lee Jung Hyun (btw she also sings in Japanese too).
Some of her songs include:
Trance
No More Terror
Dream
gun deel ji ma (yuh soo)
Dalah Dalah
passion~jounetsu~ (in Japanese)
heavy world
Anti Drug
Mi Chyu

And a ton more.

^I really love Galaxy Dream's Stand Up. Even my friend who doesn't like korean music liked it because the song was in english.

And i was about to mention DJ Hyo, too. I think that DJ Hyo's pretty amazing as well. There are some amazing remixes out here: http://www.youtube.com/user/clubmaxhits - and you can find lots more if you google this fella.

Just had a quick listen to Planet Shiver's album Momentum. Awesome trance, there's only one track with Korean in it with the rest in English.
