but of course there are some vegetarians that are hardcore animal lovers, and might not eat animal crackers.

Just as long as the cracker ingredients don't contain things they're trying not to consume...but like vc1188 said...the serious vegetarians who really love animals might not.

but to answer your question..i think they do? its not like the animal crackers have real parts of a lion or elephant and all those animals they have in animal crackers..lol

I don't think most vegetarians mind that.
I know I wouldn't. (yep, I'm an ex vegetarian)
but aslong as meat or any other relating animal products in the actual product is included, it's perfectly fine.

some vegetarians and vegans may not, though, if animal crackers use a dairy shortening

My friend -a vegetarian- ate animal crackers all the time.

they just eat them,....
though i do know that in aus they have bacon shapes.....
dunno if those exist in america....
and they have real tiny pieces of bacon in them you can see
my vegertarian friend accidently ate one but she just shrugged it off
