I havent had English class for almost 2 years because class was full and the teacher wasn't able to add me.
I'm a sophomore in college, but this semester, i still didnt get my english class. sucks.
& I'm in this political science class, I have to write about abortion >_<
I guess I have no problem writing about it, it's just that I just need an outline
so that I can write about whatever is on the outline.

Many people say outline is much easier than writing the actual paper.
but for me, its the other way around.
can anyone help me write an outline for my abortion research paper?

wellz before an outline u need to brain storm, the best way for me to brain storm was thing... diagram. first piece of paper, write abortion in the middle and circle it. now write the basics of abortion on the sides, for and against, put those on another part of hte paper and circle those and draw lines to the middle. now what are the reasonings for and against? write those down, circle and draw a line to respective circles. now u've got the ideas to make your outline!

basically wat itravva said except u need a thesis statement. this is where a paper is born, thesis is what you're telling whoever is reading the paper what you're gonna write about.

now the problem is you said it was a research paper, that's an informative essay where u don't have a set position and just try to inform your potential reader. if you're writing an argumentative essay (which is most likely what you're writing) u gotta take a stand.

o yeah before ANY of this, research! decide what you're gonna write about, say have a thesis. then research! hit the books, get facts! get counter facts! get informed! unless ur gonna not bs the paper you need to grundge down in the library and learn about abortion

btw i've written a paper about abortion so here's some points to go over: child rights is what's at debate, so basically when does the fetus count as/become human? pyschological disorders from women who get abortions. who should be allowed to get abortions if it's not allowed for specific groups? and there's more but i wrote it when i was in high school so i'm sure i missed many other points so RESEARCH!
