but then as I started growing up, my hair got browner but that's normal for asian people to have dark brown hair.
but nowadays, my hair is soo weird!! It's even LIGHTER and i find blond strands and orange strands once in a while =__=;.
I only dyed my hair once about a year ago, and that color was blue black and in the second week, the dye all washed out =__=;. but that is all my hair dying experience...
rawr. I want darker hair but is there a way to do it naturally instead of dying it?

my teacher had almost platinum blonde hair when he was my age (fifteen sixteen)
he's now 26-27 years old and has a deep rich brown colored hair.
ti's normal and you can't really do anything baout it..
so you'd just hvae to dye if you really really want black hair again.

i find alot of orange strands somewhere in my light brown hair (natural),
maybe it's the sun rays.

i always had jet black hair since i was little...then about three years ago my hair started to become light brown (i'm 19 now...) i guess it's because of too much sun? im from the sunny Philippines....
the thing is..i want jet black hair! so i dyed my hair blue black, just like you!!!!
then after a week...tada! it's light brown again!...again, just like you!
then i bought another brand of hair dye, it says it's made for asian hair...it was a good one.
the color of my hair is now back to black....that product lasted for months...
so i guess you should try to look for the brand that's compatible with your hair...careful in buying though...make sure the brand is well-known or you might end up damaging your hair...

you have dyed your hair before, and this could also be the reason, the dye color is too weak and your slowly "peeling" the color off so it changes... my natural color is black, and i live in scandinavian so its not as hot here as in the asian area... going out in the sun too much when its hot can also affect the hair...
i like to have dark brown hair, suits me more than dark... sometimes even blond suits me, but with blond and color contact lenses i looks like an american, so i dont usually do that..(anymore)....
so its either keep it that way or dye your hair... if you dye your hair too much it can be damaging to your hair though... ive heard that those who dyes their hair looses their natural color faster... and get this old hair color look, which is grey/white...

ps: would be great if i could have a copy of dbsk-you're my miracle, piano sheet, if anyone out there has it..

occasionally i find orange/blond/really light brown strands in my hair
i think the strands are just damaged?
im not sure
but if you don't want to dye
i guess you could just leave ur hair and wait for the regrowth and hopefully it'll be less damaged.
sorry if im not much help

Or..is your hair not very healthy? People's hair color tend to look lighter when they have unhealthy hair. If it's just a few strands of hair that's changing colors though, I think it's just a natural occurance.
Personally for me, I had really nasty unhealthy like hair [frizzy, rough, split ends, you name it..i got it] and the color was this bright orange/brown shade. People thought I dyed my hair and a result my hair was so dead, but I didn't. Then I had to get it professionally treated, cut parts of it off [to remove splits], and let it grow out. Then I took care of it and my hair was a beautiful shiny black...for a few years until I joined the swim team. I rarely wore caps when I practice and as a result the lower regions of my hair started turning colors...now it's a slighty dirty brown/blonde.
