Does Anybody Know Of A Video Cutting Program? i need to cut videos in half.

i need a free program that doesn't have a 30 day free trial period.
something that is reliable does not have viruses.

Windows Movie Maker... you should already have it..

is there any way to save the video to .MOV or just any vid?

cause once u import it into windows movie maker, it cant save in a different format

You can save it as WMV format. Go to File > Save Movie File.
