There are also moisturizing shampoos and conditioners that make your hair nice & smooth. Dove is boss.

Annnddd for healthier hair overall, Suave extreme strength shampoo & conditioner is good. It also doesn't cost much and it smells great.

Straightening your hair works temporarily but can potentially damage it and make it even more frizzy, so you could maybe try buying a heat protectant spray.
and nothing to doubt.

and if your willing to spend some money. (not even that much)
I recommend getting the CHI STRAIGHT GUARD PRODUCT. (you apply it on when your hair is wet)
It becomes super shiny =)

i flat iron my hair. my roots used to grow in a direction which allowed the curls to grow together. since i've been flat ironing my hair for several years now, they grow in the direction that i style my hair when it's straight. so...i feel your pain. it's a big mess when i just let it dry.
when i'm not using kerastase, i prefer matrix. i dont really like the smell, but i think that it's most effective in making my hair more managable than usual, but there's really no good solution to this besides straightening it...i mean, if it's as bad as mine, but if your hair is long enough, it will probably do the trick.

I use Dove Cool Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner.
It's pretty good imo. I just started using it like 3 weeks ago.

"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat.
"I don't much care where--" said Alice.
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.

All their stuff's pretty reliable.
Make sure to switch your shampoo brands after you're done with one bottle of
shampoo/conditioner.
Supposedly, it's better for your hair when you switch shampoo brands constantly.
I don't remember the exact reason why but I remember tons of magazines and beauty
books recommend it.

i don't know why people buy hair products from a store.. you may think it's cheaper but really it's not.
if you buy a big bottle of Biolage for example you only have to use a quarter size of the shampoo and emulsify it..... also it's better for you hair.
i'm not sure if all store brands are like this but most of them come with crazy fillers. they build up onto your hair to give you shine the first/couple of days you use it then later it just keeps weighing your hair down. totally true for many volumizing shampoos out there... my cosmetology teacher told me that Herbal Essences is the worst for this.

i use l'oreal pro vive nutri gloss. my hair looks great ^-^
i've tried dove before, it was average but i like l'oreal better.
never, ever get herbal essences.
if your hair seems like it's being weighed down, use the suave clarifying shampoo!<3 it's only a dollar but it works so good
