ummm! i was just cruising around this and i saw alot of replies saying that doing YOGA is very good for weight loss...^^ umm i need a little of help on that part...^^ does anyone have any yoga tips that i can do at home..^^ i hope this isn't too much to ask for...^^ i also need help on another part too..^^ what's a way to start losing weight and keep that motivation up...i've started but each time i do, i always get discouraged and i seem to just lose the motivation of losing weight, but i don't want that to happen...^^ can anyone help me! i also have one more request...i hope you guys don't mind...^^umm are there any stretching tips or minor exersizes that i can do before i go to sleep for example 'jumping jacks'..(that's pretty much all i know) i'm so dumb...^^

i'd actually recommend pilates.. it makes you long and lean ^^
yoga is pretty tiring in my opinion.. especially holding the poses. or maybe it's because i had to do it once a week for a school year T-T

Pilates makes you more toned I think. And like what she said. Yoga is really tiring. You stretch yourself to your limit and things. I go for yoga and I sweat bucket loads. It does help a bit with weight loss but it depends which class you go to. There are really hard classes and really easy ones. Theres also slimming yoga classes. Haha. Idk, the place I go at has this slimming yoga class. They make the room temperature higher and make you sweat/detoxify yourself.

if you're short on cash, i'd suggest a yoga dvd from any place that sells dvds (walmart, best buy, etc)...

...i have like...3 yoga tapes (two of them were for $12, one was for $11...good deals)...but just a warning, some of them look like cheap camcorder videos when you watch it...but that shouldnt matter since its the poses and such that make you sweat.
