haha aren't we alll~ okay, anyways..
i want to slim down my inner thigh fat right now & get down to about 100 pounds by november.
yesyes, i know all that spot reduction fat is a nono.
and i read all the other topics with the same problem, but they don't seem to help much.
plus the gym is quite far away and i feel insecure wearing pants.
i'm a girl that is about 5'4", 15 years old, and weigh 113.
i've started doing leg lifts for 15 minutes @ night starting yesterday. hahha ~__~ and the sitting in the tub diet thingy for about 2 weeks now....
i've only lost like 2 pounds
should i keep doing leg lifts to work on my inner thighs orrrr...
does anyone have any diet/fitness structures for me?
