I wear RPG lenses and lately I've been noticing that my eyes are really bloodshot when I wear them. When I'm not wearing them, they're not as red...but they're still pretty pinkish. It's veiny...it seems like the veins are trying to attack my iris (the colored part of my eye). It doesn't hurt. No pus, nothing. Just red and veiny.
I'm scared my eyes are infected but I can't exactly see my optometrist right now, since I'm at school and everything. Do you guys get red eyes too? I know I should stop wearing the lenses but I'm not really comfortable wearing my glasses everywhere on campus...I know...tsk.

yeah, i used to get that too.
make sure your eyes arent too dry. i actually just saw my eye doctor a couple days ago and all i did to make my eyes better was take them out for a day and wear them again....but then again, my contacts are pretty old, and taht's probably what's causing it.

It happens to me when i wear my Contact Lenses too. Don't know if it helps but after i took them out, my iris is quite red and the veins look really scary but i does not hurt or anything. The next day would be fine. it's normal for me since nothing huge happen to it. Maybe it is due to not enough oxygen going into your eyes, if it starts to feel really dry, i take my contact lenses out or put some eye drops to moisturize it.
Hope it helps!

How long do you leave your contacts in? That happened to me recently and the ophthalmologist told me it's due to inflammation for leaving my contacts in for too long. I started wearing glasses more than contact and now the whites of my eyes are actually white again. I only leave contacts in for a few hours at a time now.

GET OFF SOOMPI NAO. xD
It might not hurt, but you shouldn't take a chance and strain your eyes in front of the computer/TV.
