I'm planning to do rotc army program at the schools I am applying to. i.e.: V-tech, Boston U, Georgetown, George Washington.
Will my chances of admission increase, since I hear there is a demand for enlisting soldiers?

depends, call your ALO (Admisions Liason Officer) for west point military academy (you know, army?) and talk to him. make it clear that you need information regarding rotc, not west point admissions.
he shoudl be able to help you out
army?! why not nrotc? or why don't you try and get into an academy?
if you have anyquestions, you can PM me & i can try to help...i got into the naval academy & air force academy early this year...\
---and your statement is a little contradictory, the enlistment numbers have nothing to do with rotc right now. enlisted means: "sign me up!" no schooll, just straight to boot camp sorta deal.
Rot-c is completely different
