oo, toughie. it depends which one i want to eat!

for my kimbap, i add egg, spinach, sometimes kimchi, carrots, some kind of meat (either hot dog, fish cake, or ground beef), and dak-kwang (im blanking with the english term right now..).

for my bibimbap, i add whatever veggies i have (sauted in sesame oil) + gogi/meat, topped with an egg & extra gochujang.

it's hard to make it all unless the stuff is just laying around... i just get left over side dishes, rice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, egg, and the red hot pepper paste
but yeah, my advice is to go to a korean market and get those bento boxes with various korean side dishes and use that while cooking the meat and egg yourself smile.gif

I'm sorry, but I hate bibimbap. XDD Thanks to my mom. She always used to force mt o eat it cause I never ate vegetables. XD So I came to hate it.

But I absolutelky LOVE customized kimbap. XDDDD I just simply put eggs and spam in there. Yeah, it ruins the Asianness of it, but it tastes REALLY GOOD, especially when you just eat it without cutting it. Yup.
