for my kimbap, i add egg, spinach, sometimes kimchi, carrots, some kind of meat (either hot dog, fish cake, or ground beef), and dak-kwang (im blanking with the english term right now..).
for my bibimbap, i add whatever veggies i have (sauted in sesame oil) + gogi/meat, topped with an egg & extra gochujang.

but yeah, my advice is to go to a korean market and get those bento boxes with various korean side dishes and use that while cooking the meat and egg yourself

But I absolutelky LOVE customized kimbap. XDDDD I just simply put eggs and spam in there. Yeah, it ruins the Asianness of it, but it tastes REALLY GOOD, especially when you just eat it without cutting it. Yup.
