i recently bought an unlocked samsung 707sc and the phone says there's no service available after i put my cingular sim card in.
is there something i have to do to connect it to the cingular/ at&t service thingie or is my phone just being gay?

Well.......all you need to do is pop in your SIM card and it should work, the basic stuff. So, your phone is being gay or your just not in a good coverage area. Another reason could be that the phone doesn't have good reception, but I haven't read anything bad about it.
