She meant by transporting a minor that she isn't suppose to. When you're under 18, you have a provisional license. You're not allow to transport minors under a certain age. This varies within states laws.
If you're lucky, you won't get your license revoke. If you aren't lucky, then you'll get your license revoke for a year or until you're 18. This depends on the judge's ruling and your state's law.
You're lucky you're not in California because it's a lot harsher with the rules. They changed the law like two years ago where provisional licensees can't transports minors under 21 for 12 months.

yeah just make sure you look presentable at the court and be very and super courteous to the judge and if he thinks you're nice, he'll just make you pay a small fine
oh and ask for traffic school to take it off your record

Never knew you could get a ticket for that ... Here in WA, they have the 6 month rule too ... And usually give you a warning, then if you do it again, add 6 months more I think.

Just recently, my retarded friend, who is really stupid let his co-worker learn how to drive in his car. I don't know why he would teach his co-worker cause he's a new driver who still isn't that experienced. Well she (the co-worker) backed out of the parking and into someone else's car. She just got fired and so the both of them have to put money in to pay for the damages.
The judges probably won't give you a hard time since you weren't speeding, but you were doing a illegal turn. They'll give you a warning and probably hold on to your license, or they let you go. It depends on the judge's mood and if he goes easy on you or not. Just hope for the best and don't do it again.
