im not sure if i did it with chest voice, but i tried to sing harder(?)
cuz i've read the "Singing Tips & Recording Questions" thread but im still not reallie getting it

^ I disagree with that. People comment regardless of whether people sing well or not, except lately, the problem is that there are too many audition threads and no one takes the time to comment on other clips.
I think you need more emotion and support in this song. The song is incredibly moving, you have to accentuate that. More support and using your chest voice would probably help too.
Now, off you go to comment on someone elses singing. Really. It's how you learn, and it will mean that people will begin supporting the performers and not just the "OMFG I WANT TO BE A SUPERSTAR" auditioners.

haah its not like i dun wanna comment on other's singing..
its just that i don't even know how to properly sing
its quite hard to reallie tell others what to improve..

You lost control I think. You're straining to get the "strong" sound and we don't want that.
Relax and let your voice come naturally, i just meant that that that song requires strength. Start off with a song that is in your range (you sound like you can sing fairly high and lightly, perhaps try My Pride by Joey Yung ie Proud of You by Fiona Fung. It's a fairly forgiving song for the light airy types.)
That's what I mean, you don't know how to sing, so comment on others and note what sounds good, that's how you learn. Like if you looked at my stuff, you might notice that I too lack strength in my singing, and I use harmonies to back myself up so it does sound strong. You develop your ear, and can improve your own singing by doing that.
