well im thinking of getting one soon and im gona start out small =P
i know its typical but im gonna get some chinese characters and i need
some suggestions on what i should get.


this is one i was thinking of.. fu shui nan shou.
means "spilled water difficult collect"...or meaning what's done is done and cannot be undone.
any more ideas ?

its just that im not that proficient in the chinese language/writing
so i don't wana have a saying or a phrase which means something in english and means something totally different in chinese.

If you have to go and ask someone else what you should get for a tattoo, then you shouldn't be getting a tattoo. Asking for some suggestions to help enhance aesthetics or whathaveyou is always fine, but if you downright don't know what to get, then wait on it. A tattoo is permanent, and should be a reflection of you or something important to you. Usually the idea will come to YOU, you shouldn't have to ask others about it.

well i know what i want to get..but its pretty big and since its my first time im gona get something smaller lol
i found that chinese saying up there on some site and just wanted to see more like that.
cuz when i read it, it does mean something to me..but i wouldn't have thought of it without an outside source...which is all im tryin 2 do here

Well, I think if you have an actual meaning behind why you want this tattoo.. I don't see why you shouldn't get the quote you mentioned.

it makes sense 2 me, cuz usually when sumthin goes wrong or messes up, i dwell on it for so long. like i coulda done this or shoulda done that..
so that quote tells u that u can't change wats been done so mite as well move on =P
