^string tension is how tight the strings of the racquet are strung at. tighter usually means more control, while a looser tension is believed to provide more power.

i string mine at 58-59

i used to do 62 but i lowered it when my coach recommended because i started to develop some tennis elbow.

i heard that some pro's like it looser such as federer, nadal, and gonzales stringing theirs in the low 50s while other pros like jankovic and sampras string their racquets really high.

i use about 58-60 in both racquets on a midplus size babolat aero drives drives perfect top spin racquets but i like just killin the ball i produce enough power on my own so high tension is a plus in my placement game

I got mid tension most of the time. RDS 002T is at 62/60. nSix-One 95 is at 55. I have no idea what I have on my RDS 001. I'll have to restring it. LOL
