Ew, my friend has thunder thighs... but he's also hairy and has a really bad haircut.

Basically, you just need to do exercises that focus on your thighs.
Jessica Simpson did HEAPS (probably a thousand a day) of lunges and squats.
Look it up on the net for general knowledge then ask your doctor on what you should do. :)
