Ew, my friend has thunder thighs... but he's also hairy and has a really bad haircut.
Try cardio and pilates, it'll tone down your whole body

Basically, you just need to do exercises that focus on your thighs.
Jessica Simpson did HEAPS (probably a thousand a day) of lunges and squats.

Look it up on the net for general knowledge then ask your doctor on what you should do. :)

Yeah, I've been doing some lunges and jogging.

hahaha IDK ! likeeee... when i wear booty shortss and like i sit down i see like WOAHHH. haha. and then when i walk; i can feel it jiggle o.o^;; haha. but thanks ! :]
