What Have You "learned" In College... So Far?

anyway, i've picked up a few... bad, i suppose... habits after a few semesters at college. i've also acquired some knowledge useful outside of the classroom. i thought i'd share them (in celebration of my 300th post) for my own personal amusement even though i should be studying 2 chapters for my accounting class.
1) i am able to make good guesses on multiple choice tests
2) to procrastinate even more
3) to skip class without remorse
4) the library is a perfect place for a nap, comfy chairs!
5) to use ratemyprofessor when registering for classes
so, what have you "learned" in college?

I learned that..... the people who made up this major really had a lot of time on their hands to DEFINITELY over-analyze languages (how we speak, why it sounds the way it does, syntactic structures, semantics, phonology how does blah blah blah work blah blah blah blah blee bloo blep blip blop blee)
seriously.. OVER-ANALYZING TO THE MAXX!!! but it's still interesting...... it hurts my brain though.
OH and time passes by too quickly :[

- that studying 4 chapters of biology that has 7 sections each in 1 days is close to impossible.
- Coffee or red bull becomes a necessity
- you have all this free time that can be put into studying but you end up just procrastinating neways
- having 2 science a math class and a language can make you wanna shoot yourself hdfbjhebfvjbfv
- having bangs is a good thing when u start falling asleep in class
- never take classes 6 days a week
- never just trust you notes some prof. are unorganized gives you the wrong info in lecture and screws you over on a test
annndd..
- hahaha and to use ratemyprofessor when registering for classes XDDDD
._. iono i still suck at guessing MC questions >.< lol

2) sign up for clubs or it will be difficult, if not impossible to make friends (this holds especially true for first year classes...when you're in a course with 100+ students, even if you get to know someone a little bit, the next class you have no idea where they're sitting! And even if you did, chances are, the seats around will already be taken by people who got there earlier than you X_X)
3) do not NOT talk in the library. Especially in the "silent/quiet area" or you'll get a string of swear words your way (this wasn't a personal experience. I was studying there that time, and these guys started talking and whoa...you should've seen it XD)
4) try not to go to the washroom during the ten minute break in between classes, but if you HAVE to go, go to the ones that are located in hidden pockets of the buildings (otherwise, massive lineups result! The main ones always have about 7-8 people waiting [the lineup extends out the door!] during the breaks, but if you know which ones to go to, you don't even have to wait, there's always some open

I was so mentally set on never thinking about physics or high levels of math again that once I switched majors my GPA dropped a whole point.
Ratemyprofessor is relative. I took an engineering class with a professor with GLOWING reviews... got a D. Just couldn't understand that stuff!
When you commute, school is never social like on TV as a matter of fact it sucks far more than highschool and the girls here suck.
Lastly getting things done in school is like fighting THE system. Two signatures from people who are impossible to find.
At least we have wifi now.

im trying to avoid remorse... so i go to class.
- ratemyprofessor too. fun.
- MLA citing.
I ALSO LEARNED THAT ON THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW, THEY HAVE GIRL BODYGUARDS NOW!!
woop! woop!!
- just do it. sign up first and get it over with.
- talk to your professor, they help a lot. even when they fail you, they try, right?
so much to list... but my brain is slow.
I ALSO LEARNED THAT IM LOSING MEMORY. I CANT EVEN REMEMBER IMPORTANT THINGS ANYMORE.
fun, huh?

- engineers have no social life and are nerdy
- procrastinating is a part of uni life
- uni students are all sleep deprived
- "friends" studying the same units are useful
