I have a question.
Is it okay for you to put glass in the oven?
Because I want to bake a cake for my friend, but I'm not sure if I can use a glass container.

you should only use containers that are specifically made for the use of baking. so, the answer would be yes. you could use a glass cake pan, or casserole pan, or a metal one.

Yeah, glass is ok if it's corning ware or pyrex or similar type. Have to remember that glass absorbs and holds more heat so might have to adjust the temp a little bit, i think the rule of thumb is like 25 degrees less.

Look at the paper thingie on the glass container that's on it when you buy it.
Or just look at the bottom, it's usually indicated there.

Criticism does not equal bashing.
