I just use deodorant everyday. If I don't and I sweat... not a happy ending. haha.

as for body odor overall, remember that anything and everything that you eat and drink and be evaporated through your sweat. drinking lots of water will give you the cleanest smell as well as eating fruits and vegetables like celery, cucumber, strawberries, etc... definitely avoid garlic, onions, etc... and that includes any foods that may contain garlic/onions like hot sauce.

but some people must fix their diet to get nice smell....
and for some people their body odor is all pheromone (this is good!!)

apply lemon juice to your pits at night and rinse in the morning
i think it's a filipino thing lol iono
but yeah it keeps it smelling like nothing depnding on how hard you sweat
for me it doesn't smell for a week, since it's winter time i dont sweat that much
ohyeah, don't put the lemon juice after you just shaved/plucked your pits !!!! it's gonna sting like fdjkfddsfg

i stopped eating beef and pork and now i don't smell when i sweat.

Whatever you do, dont cover a bad smell w/ a good one, because that will make it even worse.

My advice: don't eat smelly foods like onions and garlic! If you eat too much of them, you start to smell like them. Also bathe regularly and drink lots of water to clean out your system.

Pork is considered red meat?, I thought it was just beef.
Also I agree with everyone that said diet effects BO. Eating more veggies, fruits, and drinking water definitely helps. Also taking a shower helps too lol.
