if you wash your hair every single day..then you're stripping your hair of its natural oils and this will make it go into oil overdrive..

i suggest you wash your every two days or so and this will reduce the amount of oil being produced that you keep washing away with all those shampoo and chemicals smile.gif

yah, stay away from conditiner for a while. did you know that it's actually healthier for your hair if you switch shampoos once in a while? you really shouldn't stick to one brand.

Buy shampoo for oily hair.
And probably stay away from conditioners for a while, your scalp is producing enough oil, it would be ridiculous for you to coat your hair with even more.

The baby powder thing doesn't work too well for everyone, for me it definitely did not! It got messy and yucky and smelled like crap.

What I do now is condition more than shampoo. Every 2 days I shampoo my scalp only, of course I also do this because my hair is dye and breaks a lot (and is colored). I condition on the off days, especially the ends.

Ive been experimenting with this for a while and found this works best. Using a lot of shampoo to get rid of the oil doesn't help, because you're stripping it's natural oils, so it goes making up for it, usually twice as much, result being = oily hair.

Try and experiment with conditioner only, or shampooing not so often. Definitely don't wash everyday for the same reason (stripping oils).
