What type of music player do you prefer or have? I find that many people these days have to have a ipod. I admit it's cool and all but I think my Samsung Mp4 player is easier to handle. I can sync music through Windows Media Player or directly or through the easy program that came with it.

I have an iPod, so I'm used to it by now...I'm not sure if I'd buy a different mp3 player if my iPod were to break, just because I've spent too much on accessories and whatnot. It's just very easy to use and does everything I need it to do, play music, play videos and store pictures.

iPods don't have as many functions for the price. I can't bring myself to buy a player with less functions and higher price than players with low price and more functions. A great example was the Sandisk Sansa e200 vs the 2nd gen Nano(before the new one came out). Now, you can compare to the Sansa View vs the Nanos, the View is much better. Also the Zen.

1) I don't like being restricted to a media player to transfer music. It sucks. I don't even like iTunes, I'd rather use WMP/MediaMonkey.
2) I'd rather drag and drop music.

I have a Sansa e270, going to get a Samsung P2, and then probably an iRiver next year or two. iPods aren't worth the price they are marked at, the new gens anyway.

I have an iPod and a Samsung T9.. of course I had a Nano before but my friend wanted to traded because she wanted a smaller iPod and I can use the iPod for a portable HDD for school lol... and depending on where I am going, I either use the T9 or the iPod, but mostly the T9.. recently I just use my U600's MP3 player and that gets me throughout the day sorta..

i have a samsung player. it looks nice, the sound it good. i can put videos on it, pics, text files, listen to the radio, change the language settings, etc etc.

when i put a CD in my computer, the samsung software automatically pulls up the names of the songs, even with burned CDs.
only thing that would make it better is if i was able to transfer the songs from the burned CDs to the mp3 player like i did with my MPIO.
i write an important thing, and do not let's finish. a way of writing for freedom.

i like ipods because they're so simple. i'm not the person that would need a voice recorder and all that stuff.
itunes is easy to use.
just drag and drop.

i was low in budget when I want a mp3 player so badly. So I bought ipod shuffle, at first I wasn't sure about this and plan to give it away soon. Hehe, but who knows I love the size of it !!! Only 250 songs but I never fill up to half of them, I update my songs regularly cause I hate listen the old songs over and over again. Furthermore, I don't have to worry about the screen thing. Once I forgot the shuffle in my pocket and put it in the washer, then in the dryer, =O. AND IT STILL WORKS !!! This little thing rocks !!!!

currently using an ipod video. too used to using an ipod. started off with an MPIO about 4 years ago then switched to an ipod mini 1 year later. i immediately fell in love with apple. so yeah just got an ipod video after using my ipod mini for 2 years. the only thing i hate about the ipod now is that it hangs rather frequently. but other than that, i guess its a pretty good player. well, at least to me. smile.gif
