They just listed that every diet DOESN'T work which is not true. Low carb diets work, low calorie diets work and so on.
No matter what the concept of calories never change. You put in less, you loose weight.

yeah they work until you go off it, then you gain it all back.
I think thats what they meant.

well u cant exactly expect to be able to sit your lazy butt there without exercise and do diet to lose weight. diet can only get you so far, you have to combine good diet and exercise
