I think this would belong in the tech section.
Anyway, there's not exactly a special place to find album art, but you could just try to look on online stores.
Search for the artist/cd, copy and paste picture

i hate how yesasia tags their pics, so I get a lot of kpop cover art at http://www.maniadb.com/main.asp and sometimes i search the artist and album title on Google Images
