I'm fairly sure this isn't the right place to look, but I have a pizza sitting next to me and a 2l of pop and can't seem to go anywhere else.
Anyone know of good turntable sets that are very standard and with basic to advanced options?
looking for a price range of ~1000$
usb compatible.. though virtually all of them are these days.
I don't care about flashy sh. (like way-cool graphics and strobe lights)
Ipod dock if possible
most importantly, a good screen.
MOST importantly, good quality and good performance.
I'm utterly addicted to using programs on the computer to mix/create music on my free time.. and I just feel like taking it a step further.

If you're really into mixing songs and recording them on your computer then I would start off with these ones. Unless you have a massive vinyl collection and have been a Dj for awhile I'd go with the TTX. Either way make sure you buy a direct drive turntable as beltdriven ones are a pain. Hope this helps.
