I did some research about it, and in conclusion most of the people said it works but it might be dangerous since you'll be extremely exhausted and lack of energy.
I don't know if i should try it or not, what do you think?

ditto.
it'll work differently for different people, so it's definitely a risk.

but if you lose weight too fast, you'll get wrinkly too.
so losing weight the "healthy" weight is probably best.
alot of stars in hk use the diet pills.

ive been tking tem for a while now...like for the past year on andoff
theyre called Jiang Zhi Jian Fei Wan [shou fu] or in english "keep fit" pills
ther rly good
they contain:
green tea
Pollen
Psuedo-Ginseng
Radix polygoni multifluro
Rhizoma Alistmas
Astragalus Membranceus
Herba Artemislae
fructus crategi
radix codonopsis
semen raphani
rhizoma rhei
LOL i know it sounds like alot but its rly good for you
its all herbal ingredients [those are the english names for it] and they help with differen parts of ur body to help get rid of fat and stuff
like some of it helps clean out ur liver
one helps balance ur hormones
one helps gt rid of fat around ur abdomen
one helps surpress hunger so u dont over eat
and so on
its rly good
i mean u have to be patient and u cant think tht jus cos ur tking diet pills ur gonna be able to eat loads
u still have to eat a balanced diet
whats good withthese pills too u dont have to excersise but i do anyway to fasten the process
last year i used to be like 9 1/2 stones this year im 8 1/2 stones - i mean i wont say its all down to diet pills but i would say it helped LOADS because i eat like a pig and dont exercise and i didnt tke the pills for like 6month in between so i gain weight rly well
my sister took these pills and she went from 9stones to 8stones in like 3months from the pills - shes better at doing these type of things cos she exercised lightly aswell and she
but yeh
im tking them now and i wud say ther rly good - if u stick to them u can loose loads of weight but if ur like me and are on and off them then your weight will be the same
but the most i lost when tkin these pills was like 1/2stone in a month whch is rly good!! considering i didnt exercise .... =)

Diet pills always have risks. My friend took them once and she lost a whole bunch of weight. However, she's been having weight issues ever since she started taking those pills such as every other month she'll gain weight and then the next month she'll lose it all. She fluctuates on such large scales she's been worrying if she's permanently ruined her system. Not to mention, increased heart risk etc.

THEY SUCK...
I took ephedra, 24 hour hollywood juice, and trim spa
Trimspa didn't do jack (just felt a lil energized and sick from the caffeine), ephedra made my heart pound so bad i thought I was going to die, and the 24 hour hollywood juice did absolutely NOTHING..
conclusion:
workout or starve

Once was mentioned in the news about the diet pills that didn't work at all, but they were still sold in stores.

Aww poor thing! You took ephedra?! I've heard people getting heart attacks from that. Please be careful next time..
And don't starve yourself. Your metabolism will start dropping and you'll become to weak to exercise. And your more likely to binge eat too.

If you rely only on pills to loose weight, you won't develop healthy eating and exercise habits that will help you keep the weight off in the future.
I've heard that if you regain the weight, it's harder to loose it later on if you've taken pills. So I'd say 'no' to any diet pill and definitely no to a combination of them.

If you really did your research, you would've known that the ephedra ban was uplifted in April
Trimspa isn't a magic pill, but it gives you energy. It's effective on some people.
I dont just pop things in my mouth.
